We grow up in cultures and traditions where conventional religious thinking can actually lead to suffering. Growing up in church, I watched the elders surrender to their suffering, but as they claimed this to be the Will of God. Why would God want for us to suffer? The Bible says we will suffer. But maybe it isn't the suffering we are to give our surrender.
I stopped going to church regularly when I was a young adult. I had questions that were never answered to my satisfaction. But I always stayed true to my spiritual growth. Let 2bmore show you a quicker path through your suffering so you may live the life that you would absolutely love.
I Found New Life in Old Scriptures
In the spring of 2024, I found my way back to the Church. I was invited and welcomed to a Hawaiian church in a small fishing village. I feel supported as I reconcile new age spiritual beliefs with my Christian faith. And what I am discovering is that there is nothing new age at all in spirituality.
The Bible says God encourages us to focus on thoughts that are authentic, honorable, beautiful, pure, merciful and kind. It warns us to be careful how you think for our live’s are shaped by our thoughts, and that even false thoughts can be harmful if believed. It says for us to be transformed by renewing our mind. And this is what I teach.
